JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We will be responsible for the following tasks. 

- Installation and maintenance of IT and telecommunication systems 

- IT support to internal users within Europe 

- Configuration and repair of IT working systems

- Hardware and software order management 

- Helpdesk operations and local and remote troubleshooting 

- Reporting and technical optimization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•COMPETENCY (“Must”)

- Fluent Japanese and English 

- Degree in informatics, economic informatics, software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or professional certification in IT 

- Systems Integration Technician, Experience in a related position such as systems engineer, IT support, etc. 

- Knowledge of Windows Server (especially Active Directory Domain Services), Windows 10/11, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Knowledge of Linux servers/clients, networking including Fortigate and VPN, mobile device management (Android), basic knowledge of hardening and automation is a plus 

- Highly motivated to learn Highly motivated to learn
