RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all US product sales and inventory, Accessories and Supplies.

• Control the whole company inventory with property amount and timing.

• Accelerate the smooth operation of supply chain including stores based on the direction by VP.

• Manage and track the product delivery from factory to avoid delivery delay

• Deliver the new item lineup to the store and Online Shop based on the MD calendar properly

• Support the presentation at the store by collaborating with HQ and Marketing team

• Keep product condition properly by collaborate with Store Operation Team

• Communicate with outside warehouse company to execute accurate and efficient operation.

• Gather information in market, mainly our stores and competitor’s item lineup.

• Analyze items sales and efficiency by weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience..

• Fluent Japanese (Write, Speak, Read)

• Proficient with MS Office, MS Suite and related software.

• Related experience of more than three years in retail business.

• Local Travel Occasionally

• Driver’s license

SALARY

USD 80K (Annualy, Exempt)
