Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organisation
• Estimate provisions required for short and long-term financial objectives
• Complete financial reports and initiate month-end closing processes according to GAAP
• Support the Controller in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities
• Provide financial insight and analysis to enhance business performance
• Supervise preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and enforce compliance with accounting standards
• Lead finance staff, providing feedback and ensuring task completion
• Conduct US SOX self-assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or related field
• More than 5 years of job-related work experience
• Experience with Oracle/SAP (ERP systems) is ideal
• Possess a valid CPA certification preferred
• Business level English
