FP&A Manager 　ファイナンスモデル・コスト管理

Leading and executing all aspects of the planning, budgeting and analysis functions including:

• Development and construction project cost control including tracking of actuals, commitments, budgets, forecasts, transfers, variances and associated commerntary and reporting.
• Cash forecasting and funding drawdown processes.
• Partnering with department leads to understand, track, and refine commutments, spending pipeline and WIP from key vendors.
• Provision of ongoing reporting and analysis to managements.
• Mangement reporting for development and construction projects

Work with Singapore Finace team for consolidation and investor reporting.

Review monthly JGAAP fincancial statements prepared by accountants as necessary.

Support to the wider finance taem as and when required.

Be assigned in ad hoc project such as instalment of a new accounring system and enhancement of internal control, reporting and general finace support to investments team and CFO.

・5 yes experience in asst management

・Independent and critical thinker with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

・Interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior management and colleagues.

・Familiarty with financial models, preferably with expeience in developing financial models directtly.

・Proven commercial acumen and industry experience.

・Highly numerate with strong Excel skills, experience with data visualization tools including PowerBI strongly preferred.

・Experience with and/or willingness to upskill with const management/peoject tracking.

・Excellent written and oral communication skills.

・Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently to achieve optimal results.

・Interest in the renewables sector and desire to develop carfeer within the finance function.
