The Role:
・The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) role is dynamic and cross functional. CQE’s interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer Entegris and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact high output and high visibility that requires a calm assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever changing priorities. Within this role the PACE value competencies are regularly required for success: Engage as guided with customers FAE sales and factory/product/supply chain/quality teams..
In this role you will:
・Execute CQE responsibilities as defined by the CQE Policy documents Entegris business processes account specific support plan and as led by CQE management.
・Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving Change Management Customer’s Document reviewing VOC for NPI process managing and Internal Audits Project Development Product Support and Development Programs as well as many other cross functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.
・Be part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with our customers.
・Collaborate with cross functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of complexity across a vast range of products regions and companies. (Customers and suppliers).
・Demonstrate excellence in planning execution discipline learning leadership and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)
・Provide support for various documentation expectations such as business process documents item tracking performance reporting and continuous improvement project management.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
・Bachelor or above of Science Degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electric/Electronic Engineering; or related technical field preferred.
・Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality process equipment or materials within the semiconductor industry. Areas of interest include PVD/ CVD CMP Photo Etch and Implant.
・Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers with experience in escalation management and project management focused on closing gaps between company and customer.
・Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto FMEA’s SPC histograms trend analysis process mapping design of experiments cause and effect diagrams 8D problem solving methodology.
・Experience working from home and remotely collaborating with colleagues customers and suppliers in virtual meetings is beneficial.
・Ability to communicate verbally in Japanese and English fluently.
・Flexibility to work non standard hours and alternate work shifts to balance workload across a North America and Asia scope of responsibility.
・Experience with working and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
・Ability to travel 10% to 50% domestic and international(Korea or US)
・Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word Power point and Project)
・Positive attitude and passionate with a proactive nature.
