DTA品質マネージメント本部は、社内外の法規・規則に定められた品質基準を満足させること、部品・コンポーネントおよび車両全体に関連する品質に関する不具合防止策の提供することという主たる業務に加え、品質プロセスの改善、全従業員に品質に対する高い意識付けを図ることも行っています。当本部では、問題の早期発見・早期解決につなげるべく、最新のクラウドベースのデータ分析やコネクティビティソリューションも採用しています。これらの活動は、開発から製品のエンドユーザーまでのバリューチェーン全体を対象として行っています

■ Your responsibilities
・ Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities

・ To ensure validity of lab reports and effectiveness of lab activities
ラボ報告書の妥当性とラボ活動の有効性を確保する。

・ To provide resources needed for maintaining quality management system as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017
ISO/IEC17025:2017に従って品質マネジメントシステムの確立，実装，維持に必要なリソースを提供する。

Qualifications
BSc in Mechanical or Material/Metallurgical Engineering.
機械および冶金学エンジニア学士

■ Job Experience
minimum 3 years of relevant leadership experience for laboratory activities.

■ Practical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of material science field failure analysis and ISO17025:2017
材料科学および市場不具合解析の高度な知識

■ Language
English : business level
Japanese: preferred
