Description

• Conduct both primary and secondary research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Perform thorough and timely analysis, presenting findings to project teams and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams of in-house experts from diverse backgrounds.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working across different industry segments and topics.
• Support market development initiatives through ad-hoc research for proposal preparation.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or engineering; an advanced degree like an MBA is a plus.
• Around 5 years of experience in the oil and gas, power, or chemicals industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (advanced level).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and eager to take on challenging and varied tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required; familiarity with GIS is preferred.
