We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and organize IT Infrastructure projects, creating strategies, timelines, and reports while ensuring stakeholder communication and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project proposals, plans, risk mitigation, and project milestones, with strong expertise in Confluence, JIRA, and English proficiency.

Description

• Develop project proposals and charters with approval from project owners and sponsors.
• Create project plans, schedules, and timelines; set milestones and tasks with project owners.
• Submit meeting minutes and regular reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
• Oversee project changes and keep project owners informed.
• Coordinate project updates with team members and vendors.
• Ensure milestones and deadlines are met, optimizing processes as needed.
• Conduct project closeouts, including lessons-learned reports.
• Support product strategy and roadmap goals set by the Product Owner.
• Use data to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and success criteria to keep the team focused.
• Lead engineers, support service owners, and promote continuous learning in new technologies.
