Billingual Project Manager - Maintenance Automotive ～15M

【About Project】
This involves a new hire for a long-term engagement.
Client (Automotive) has a complex data platform. And want to setup data tower for data operation and maintenance

The candidate will have opportunity to lead a varied team of around 20-30 members including onsite and offshore, for Data operation and maintenance

The client is one of the prestigious Japanese Automotive company that will offer a unique peak into a mixed American/European/Japanese experience.

【About tasks】
・Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
・Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
・Drive the transition from other vendors
・Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
・Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
・Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
・Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
・Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
・Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
・Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

【Must】
・5 years of experience as a onsite Project Manager
Experience with legacy conversion
・Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and data technologies espcially AWS, Snowflake, Talend
・Experience in Data Operation and Maintenance, AMS
・Experience in AMS transition
・Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
・Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
・Outstanding organizational skills
・Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

【Nice to have】
・PMP or Scrum master certification is a plus
・Experience in leading multiple projects
・Web development background
・Willing to manage Operation Projects
