AR Accountant

Responsibilities include processing accounts receivable deposits, monitoring balances, recording sales from retail and e-commerce sites, handling transfer slips and reserves. Additionally, tasks involve creating monthly sales sample tests and year-end audit materials.

Description

* Accounts receivable journal entries
* Management of AR balance
* Recording sales from retail stores and EC sites, transfer slips and reserves
* Communication with external auditing firms on a monthly basis for example, submitting to the auditing firm at the time of the year-end audit
* Other additional tasks as instructed by the Accounting Manager

• Good execution of Excel and other MS Office programs
• Nissho bookkeeping 2nd grade or similar
