Description

• Proactively promote the company's products to create a strong market presence in Japan and build long-term relationships with customers
• Manage the sales team and ensure that sales goals are achieved
• Identifying key players and customers in the tooling industry and driving growth by originating new business opportunities with them
• Develop distributor/channel sales by formulating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing suggestions for the company's sales activities
• Attend trade shows and events and regular visit customers locally
• Maintain sales opportunities in data in CRM

• Fluent Japanese and business level English is required
• Previous experience dealing with international or domestic tooling brands
• Key understanding of and network in Japan tooling industry
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams across countries
• Ambassador mindset and commercially driven
• Strong network with tooling industry and distributors is also appreciated
