High English proficiency is not required in the near term as a screening officer, however, candidates with strong English proficiency have a significant opportunity to step up to high-paying positions in the future.

いわゆる警備業としての施設警備とは一線を画す、corporate security業務であり、データーセンターのサーバールームへの（からの）持ち込み（持ち出し）禁止品を持ち込ませない（持ち出させない）physical securityを担うお仕事です。 サーバールームへの／からの入退室をされるお客様の持ち物検査をして頂きます。
Our role stands apart from conventional facility security services and involves corporate security operations. This entails ensuring physical security to prevent the introduction (or removal) of prohibited items into (or from) server rooms within data centers. You will conduct inspections of items carried by customers entering and exiting the server room.

基本的にSS (Screening Supervisor)の指導の下で保安業務を行って頂きますが、英語力のある方は、Supervisor職を疑似体験することで、将来のキャリアアップに繋げて頂ける。 そんなお仕事です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Basically, you will perform security duties under the guidance of the Screening Supervisor (SS), but those with English proficiency can gain pseudo-experience as a Supervisor, providing a pathway for future career advancement. This is that kind of job.

【勤務時間】【Pro and Con Shift Work】
日勤＝ 8:00-20:00、夜勤＝ 20:00-8:00　※ 12時間拘束（実働10時間）
3勤3休制（日勤x3連勤→3連休を2サイクル、夜勤x3連勤→3連休を2サイクルの繰り返し）　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　または(月)～(金)の日勤のみ。（週間／月間の勤務数は応談）

(Day shift) 8:00-20:00, (Night Shift) 20:00-8:00  ※ 12 hours on duty, 10 hours work
Three working days followed by three days off（Three consecutive day shifts followed by a 3-day break, repeated for two cycles, and three consecutive night shifts followed by a 3-day break, repeated for two cycles.） Or day shifts only, Monday through Friday.  The number of weekly/monthly shifts is negotiable if only a few are needed.

【任せる仕事】 【Job Duties Assigned to You】
Screening Supervisor (SS)の指導の下で検査業務をして頂きます。
問題発生時にはSSがAPAC(アジア太平洋地区) Regional Managerに英語で報告を上げることもあります。　英語の得意な方は、Supervisor以上の職位を目指して頂けます。

You will conduct inspections under the guidance of the Screening Supervisor (SS). In case of any issues, the SS may report to the APAC Regional Manager in English. Those proficient in English have the opportunity to aim for positions above Supervisor.

Screening Officer職で経験を積んで頂く中で徐々にキャリアアップが望めます。
As you gain experience in the Screening Officer position, career advancement can be anticipated step by step.

SS (Screening Supervisor)でモデル年収500～600万円、Responderで600～640万円、CRS (Control Room Supervisor)／AO (Administrative Officer)クラスになると、年収700万円以上、
SSM (Site Security Manager)／STM (Security Team Manager)／CSM (Campus Security Manager)クラスになると、年収900万円～以上が現時点での実績ですので、上位職を目指すことで将来のcareer pathsが拓けて来ます。

The current model annual salary is 5-6 million yen for an SS (Screening Supervisor), 6-6.4 million yen for a Responder, and over 7 million yen for positions at the CRS (Control Room Supervisor) or AO (Administrative Officer) level. For roles such as SSM (Site Security Manager), STM (Security Team Manager), or CSM (Campus Security Manager), annual salaries are currently 9 million yen or more. Therefore, aiming for higher positions can open up future career paths.

【必要なスキル】【Required Skills】
● マニュアル（原文英語：和訳文書もあり）を理解し、マニュアルに忠実に検査業務を行うこと。 検査業務に非協力的なお客様には毅然とした態度で接して頂く等、対人スキルもご指導致します。

● You will be expected to understand the manual (original in English, with a Japanese translation available) and perform inspection duties strictly according to it. We will also provide guidance on interpersonal skills, including how to interact firmly projecting command presence with customers who may be uncooperative during inspections.

● 英語力は日常会話レベルでも、データセンター勤務経験、或いは防災センター勤務経験がある方であれば、チャレンジしてみてください。

● Moreover, if you have entry-level English proficiency and experience working in data centers or disaster prevention centers, we strongly encourage you to take on this challenge.
