AP Accountant

Manage overall accounting functions, including accounts payable, expense reports, treasury, inter company transactions, inventory, and fixed assets, while ensuring accurate SAP entry for vendor invoices and processing Concur expense reports. Additionally, prepare financial statements, assist with audits, analyse reports, and support ad hoc projects aimed at improving work processes, while training staff on finance matters.

Manage Overall Accounting with other team
AP, Expense Reports, Treasury, Inter company, Inventory, Fixed Assets and others

• SAP entry for Vendor invoices
• Concur Expense Reports Processing
• Clearing of AP Transactions by SAP
• Support New vendor request
• Manage Fixed Assets
• Monitoring of Inventory
• GL and assist month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents

• Analyse financial reports
• Maintain account balances reconciliation and bank statements
• Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with audits and taxes

• Japanese Bookkeeping level 2 certification
• 3+ years working as an Accountant or similar
• SAP experience
• Microsoft office Excel (familiar with vlookup, pivot, sumif and others
