Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly sales forecasts at the model level by network
• Define targets and seasonal evolution with the Central Operations team
• Define and manage product assortment for all stores
• Handle Fair assortment planning and coordination with relevant departments
• Plan seasonal stock adjustments and optimise resource usage
• Build analyses to identify sales opportunities and optimise stock allocation
• Develop templates to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
• Align store layouts with company strategy and customer behaviour
• Share knowledge with peers and support process simplification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Practical experience in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Analytics, or Engineering
• Prior ERP experience (SAP) is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Business level English (French is a plus)
