職務内容：

• 屋内電気設備工事、電気制御・計装設備工事、リニューアル工事、空調・給排水設備工事、地域熱供給設備工事【電力設備】配電線設備工事、送電線設備工事、発電所関連工事、変電所関連工事。
• 光ファイバー網工事、移動体通信関連工事、放送メディア設備工事。
• 上記工事の企画から設計、施工、メンテナンスまで一貫したトータル設備会社の役割。

主に担当する業務：

• デジタルトランスフォーメーションによる業務プロセス改革。
• 社内ユーザーと共に業務プロセス改革をリードし、社内のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進する。
• 技術変化を捉え、新技術を社内に導入し、業務プロセス改革を推進する。

Job Description:

• Indoor electrical equipment work, electrical control/instrumentation equipment work, renewal work, air conditioning/water supply/drainage equipment work, district heat supply equipment work [Power equipment] Distribution line equipment work, transmission line equipment work , Power station related construction, substation related construction.
• Optical fiber network construction, mobile communication related construction, broadcasting media equipment construction.
• Consistent total equipment company from planning of the above construction to design, construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Business process reform through digital transformation.
• Lead business process reform together with internal users to promote digital transformation within the company.
• Capture technological change, introduce new technologies within the company, and promote business process reform.

必須要件：

• システムエンジニアとしてシステム開発に携わった経験
• ITコンサルタントとしてシステム開発・導入に携わった経験

歓迎要件：

• システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネージャー、プロジェクトリーダーの経験
• 関連資格をお持ちの方歓迎
• IT知識を有し、ユーザーとのコミュニケーションを図り、ユーザーの課題を的確に把握・整理し、課題解決・改善につなげられる方

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a systems engineer in system development
• Experience involved in system development and implementation as an IT consultant

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager or project leader in system development
