【ITインフラ管理マネージャー/IT Infrastructure Technical Manager】

職務内容

• 設計と実装： 組織のITインフラストラクチャの設計、実装、管理を監督する。
• プロジェクト管理 ITプロジェクトの調整・管理、ビジネス目標との整合性、期限内・予算内の完了を保証する。
• チームリーダーシップ IT専門家のチームを指導し、技術的な指導とサポートを行う。
• システムモニタリング： ITシステムの機能とパフォーマンスを監視し、円滑な運用を確保する。
• セキュリティ管理 データとネットワークを保護するためのセキュリティシステムの導入と維持。
• コンプライアンス すべてのIT業務が業界の規制や標準に準拠していることを確認する。
• 戦略的プランニング ITインフラの近代化とキャパシティプランニングの戦略策定。
• ガバナンスと報告 社内外のステークホルダーに対して、月次/四半期ごとの取り組みの進捗状況を明確に伝える。
• 必要に応じて、クライアントからの困難な要求や問題のエスカレーションを支援する。

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals and are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing technical guidance and support.
• System Monitoring: Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems by monitoring their functionality and performance.
• Security Management: Implement and maintain security systems to protect data and networks.
• Compliance: Ensure all IT practices comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies for IT infrastructure modernization and capacity planning.
• Governance and Reporting: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

応募資格：

• データセンター運用を含むITインフラ運用に精通し、ITインフラサービス、システムインテグレーション、コンサルティングサービスの改善点を特定するスキルを有すること。
• ネットワークアーキテクチャー、データセンター、システムセキュリティに精通していること。
• 複雑なITインフラプロジェクトの管理経験
• 日本語ネイティブレベル＋ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 顧客のニーズに合ったソリューションを提供した経験
• 複数のアカウントマネジメントプロジェクトを同時にこなしながら、細部にまで気を配ることができる能力
• 優れたヒアリング能力、交渉能力、プレゼンテーション能力
• 口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力

Job Qualifications:

• Having strong background in IT infrastructure operations including data centre operations, skilled to identify areas of improvement for IT infrastructure services, System integration or Consulting service
• Strong background in network architecture, data centers, and system security.
• Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Native Japanese Level + Business level English
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
