The various products related to locks that the company has been working on since its inception are not only based on “keys” but have evolved into “keyless” technology, where locks are opened by entering a PIN code or by remote control, through the introduction of the latest electronics technology.

At the headquarters located in Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama, the company designs and develops automotive parts (door handles, key sets, etc.), residential lock products, etc. From the design concept stage, they utilize CAE (engineering support computer) to analyze the strength and rigidity of single parts all the way through to the finished product, and for automotive parts, they perform mechanical analysis by applying crash conditions that take into account the vehicle system.

【Job Description】 

■Responsibilities
Server infrastructure operation and management
・Server design, implementation, and construction (proposal, execution, and management of server infrastructure optimization for the entire group)
・Virtual server management
・Maintenance of servers and networks
・Failure countermeasures and failure response

■Project Management
・Management of projects for infrastructure improvement, new server installation, etc.
・Planning and proposal of infrastructure improvement measures, etc.
・Schedule and task management as project leader and manager

■Budget Management
・Develop and manage infrastructure-related budgets

【Working conditions & treatment】

■Holidays
2 days off per week (days off are based on the company calendar)
10 to 20 days of annual paid vacation (the minimum number of days is the number of days granted after six months of employment)
121 days off per year

■Required:
〇Background
Experience in various server construction, investigation, operation and management tasks (Windows server, virtual server, AD and WSUS operation and management) project management.

〇Skills
1. Experience in Windows server administration/design, implementation, construction, and trouble-shooting (3+ years)
2. Practical experience in Active Directory administration and WSUS administration
3. Virtual Server Management (VM) administration (3+ years)
4. Practical experience in management including member management

■Preferred
1. Knowledge and experience in migrating and building servers to the cloud (AWS)
2. Networking
3. Experience in IT strategy planning
4. English proficiency
