【Job Description】 

■Recruitment Background

The company is looking for members who are willing to become leaders over the medium to long term, even if they cannot become leaders immediately.

■Responsibilities
You will be mainly involved in front-end proposal, requirement definition, design to development in web application development projects for our clients.
With front-end technology as a selling point, they mainly obtain prime (first-tier contracting) or projects in which they can exercise their technical discretion.
This is a professional service that provides value to customers through both communication and implementation technologies. You will listen to the requirements of the client, propose concrete solutions, and implement the solutions.

■Work Location

【Required】
3+ years of experience in front-end or server-side web development
Experience in JavaScript development
Communication with customers regarding requirements and specifications (any level of granularity is acceptable)

【Preferred】
Experience as a project leader in web development
Experience in progress management and training of members, junior members, and subordinates
Experience in development using frameworks such as Vue.js / React / Angular
Output to blogs, etc.
*No experience in the design field is required as this is an engineering position.
