【Job Description】 

The company is currently planning and studying the development of a new product in a new business area with a completely new concept. They are looking for a person who can join as a lead engineer for the team.

The company continues to grow by providing new value to the market in the legal and contract area, including an AI-based contract review function.The company has developed and provided services centered on “LegalForce (released in April 2019),” an AI review service that focuses on issues in the review phase before concluding contracts, and “LegalForce Cabine (released in January 2021),” an AI contract management system that supports the contract management phase after concluding contracts. The services have received a great deal of positive feedback.
On April 15, 2024, they launched a new service, AI legal platform "LegalOn Cloud," which comprehensively supports the entire legal industry, not just contract work, based on the contract review and contract management areas that "LegalForce" and "LegalForce Cavine" focused on. 

In 2023, the company entered the U.S. market and launched a new product called DecideOn in the decision-making and governance area. They continue to grow and provide new value to the market.

【Your Role】
■Issues/Mission
Lead the design and 0 → 1 development of complex and huge systems with a view to the complete system.

■Responsibilities
- Domain modeling and data modeling for the future of the product
- Technical decision making as the technical lead of the development team and negotiations with people outside the team
- Designing architectures that combine quality and productivity
- Development planning, design, implementation, testing, and operation for web application enhancements and new feature development
- Establishment of mechanisms to improve development productivity, such as schema-driven development, libraryization, and continuous deployment
- Developing various automations and processes to improve team productivity and product quality, and writing documentation to share knowledge with the team
- Technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching of team members

【Required】
- 5+ years of working experience and expertise in the following elemental technologies that make up the Web backend
- Linux OS
- Relational databases
- Web API
- Cache
- Domain modeling experience
- 5+ years of working experience in a programming language and understanding of language specifications
- Hands-on experience with data modeling in business applications
- Experience leading a technical team and driving technology selection and problem solving
- Experience reviewing and implementing initiatives to improve team code quality and productivity
- Experience leading a team and providing technical guidance and development to team members
- Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1

【Preferred】
- Experience developing large or complex web systems
- Experience with domain modeling of complex applications
- Experience with DDD or clean architecture practices
- Experience with Docker or other container-related technologies
- Basic experience with programming, algorithms, and data structures, including natural language processing and parsing
- Experience in collecting and visualizing data needed for decision making
- Skills in writing maintainable code with an awareness of responsibility and cohesiveness
- Skill in writing robust code with awareness of error handling
- Expert knowledge of software architecture patterns
- Expertise in web security
- Experience in front-end development using modern front-end frameworks (React / Vue / Angular, etc.)
- Experience designing and building cloud infrastructure using either AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience using both interpreted and compiled languages
