【 Job Description 】

Artificial intelligence (AI) that uses machine learning requires prior learning, and the performance of the resulting AI varies greatly depending on the quality and quantity of the teacher data used for learning. Therefore, a large amount of high quality teacher data is required to develop excellent AI.
This teacher data is created by both human power and the use of systems, and the company requires a large amount of teacher data, so a large number of members are working on this task.
They are looking for an engineering team manager to organize the team that creates the "teacher data" that supports this state-of-the-art technology.

Your responsibilities will include developing superior annotation tools that produce high quality and fast teacher data, and working with AI scientists to build higher performance AI.

Their main product is an automatic input support system that uses AI technology to read text from analog (paper) documents and import it into the system as structured data. Recently, they have been collaborating with RPA, which is contributing to the competitiveness of companies by saving labor for tasks that used to be done manually by people.

Working image: You don't do annotation work by yourself, but you create manuals and do checks. Mathematical understanding of deep learning is required to improve the annotation. Knowledge of statistical analysis will be required.

【Required】
・Experience in developing deep learning/machine learning models (no practical experience required)
・Able to develop annotation policies (or have experience creating annotation manuals)
・Able to communicate smoothly with annotators, researchers, and other related parties
・Experience as a PM (Experience in all aspects of an IT project from requirements definition to release. Any project).

【Preferred】
・Experience in member management
・Business level English
・Experience in development related to image processing, image recognition, and natural language
