Technical Web Product Manager

Description

• Understand platform vision, mission, and business model.
• Collaborate with tech teams (leaders, architects, developers, QA, operations).
• Serve as a domain expert in point platforms and loyalty programs, recommending solutions.
• Manage product development roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery.
• Lead execution with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex issues to make informed decisions.
• Act as a role model in ownership, proactivity, and responsibility.
• Provide on-call production support and troubleshoot service issues.
