We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Offline Behaviours & Intelligence team, where you will play a key role in understanding and leveraging offline data to support our core business initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to groundbreaking data science projects that leverage offline behavior data.
• Develop and deploy data science and data management applications to support our diverse business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building data management and science solutions for telecommunications, mobility, and general geospatial data applications. This includes experience with user behavior extraction, user segmentation, multi-data source user behavior combination, campaign target design, mobility data analysis, and Telco data, GPS & IP data.
• A strong understanding of user behavior, particularly offline behavior patterns, in comparison to online behavior.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience developing in Unix/Linux environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Big Data querying tools such as Pig, Hive, and Spark SQL.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark and Hadoop.
• Experience with Big Data ML toolkits, such as SparkML, Mahout, or H2O.

* Strong background in GEO/GIS data processing.
