■職務内容
調達戦略の企画・立案、開発・試作購買、取引パートナーの選定・管理等を幅広くお任せします。
具体的な業務内容の一例：

・ダイレクトソーシングを含むソニー・ホンダモビリティとしての試作購買体制構築
・QMS、CSRサステナビリティを考慮した調達戦略企画
・グローバルな取引先パートナー開拓・選定・管理
・開発部品調達（センサー、カメラ、ECU、半導体、バッテリー等）
・ソフトウェアライセンス領域調達
・エンジニアリングリソース調達

・新会社・新事業のグローバルな調達戦略をゼロイチで企画・構築・実行する経験
・モビリティというハードウェア・ソフトウェアが複雑に絡み合う製品の調達業務経験

■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities
To enhance Sony Honda Mobility's unique cost competitiveness technological competitiveness and product competitiveness we will conduct research planning and implementation of procurement activities and strategies for the future.

■Job description
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including planning and formulating procurement strategies development and prototype purchasing and selecting and managing trading partners. Examples of specific job duties include:

Building a prototype purchasing system for Sony Honda Mobility including direct sourcing
Planning procurement strategies considering QMS and CSR sustainability
Developing selecting and managing global trading partners
Procurement of development parts （sensors cameras ECUs semiconductors batteries etc.）
Procurement of software licenses
Procurement of engineering resources

■Experience and skills gained through this role
Experience in planning building and executing a global procurement strategy for a new company and new business from scratch
Procurement experience for products with a complex interplay of hardware and software such as mobility
Global procurement experience through negotiations with numerous global partners

調達業務（試作購買・開発購買領域） 7年以上のご経験
電気・半導体・メカ部品の技術および製造プロセスに対する知見
コスト/性能/成長性のバランス的な判断能力および折衝能力
ソフトウェアライセンスに対する知見
パートナー与信管理・コンプラ管理の経験
調達チーム立ち上げや新規事業のご経験
SW領域などの業務委託の査定のご経験

エンジニアのご経験、ソフトウェア開発のご経験
電気・半導体などの業界での営業経験
量産購買領域のご経験・

■語学力
日本語：ビジネス上級レベル以上
英語：ビジネス上級レベル以上（USパートナーとの交渉のため）TOEIC目安800点


■Required skills / experience
Over 7 years of procurement experience （in prototype purchasing and development procurement areas）
Knowledge of electrical semiconductor and mechanical components as well as manufacturing processes
Ability to make balanced judgments and negotiate regarding cost performance and growth
Knowledge of software licensing
Experience in partner credit management and compliance management
Experience in establishing procurement teams and new businesses
Experience in evaluating outsourced services such as software development

■Preferred skills / experience
Engineering experience software development experience
Sales experience in the electrical or semiconductor industry
Mass production procurement experience

■Language Skills
Japanese: Advanced business level or higher
English: Advanced business level or higher （for negotiations with US partners） TOEIC score of 800 or above
