The Role

• Drive the annual financial planning and budgeting process
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist in preparing quarterly forecast and annual budgeting processes
• Provide extensive financial modeling on ad-hoc reports
• Oversee the creation of reports and tools for budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with management on the development and execution of strategic plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations

Your Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in any industry
• Good to have CPA.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic-planning skills
