Designed by the team behind the Math Olympiad and World Math problems, it is designed to keep children motivated and help them develop their thinking skills naturally. With more than 2 million children in 150 countries as users, the app has received high acclaim, including an App Award by Google and a Kids Design Award.

■Educational Services in the STEAM area
These educational materials were created to draw out children's intellectual curiosity and develop their free thinking and creativity. Combining digital and analog teaching materials, a variety of content is delivered every month, including programming, art, puzzles, and more. The design and design of educational materials that arouse curiosity have been highly evaluated and have received numerous awards.

In addition, the company has been working across borders between the public and private sectors and between different countries, such as contributing to thinking skills education in Cambodia as a project commissioned by JICA, and concluding a comprehensive partnership with Mie Prefecture for education promotion. The program combines digital and analog content and delivers a wide variety of content each month, including programming, art, puzzles, and more. This service was created to encourage children to think freely and develop their creativity, and “Wonder” will overflow into their daily lives.

【Development Environment】
■Server side: Rails
■Infrastructure: Amazon EC2, RDS (Aurora, MySQL), ElastiCache, CloudFront, etc.
■Application: Unity (C#)
■Development tools: Gitlab, Wrike
■Communication tools: Slack, Notion

You will be assigned to the engineering team, which has 6 members. (3 outsourced workers)
The team is diverse, with ages ranging from 20s to 30s, and some members from overseas.

■You can work with discretion from the planning stage of apps and related services.
■Your ideas will directly lead to new services and contents.
■You will be able to feel the social significance of working for the future of the world's children, and at the same time, you will be able to see how the apps are actually used by elementary school students in research classes, which will help you to improve the apps.
■You will be leading a project that will play a central role in a company that is about to scale up for global expansion.

【Required】
・3+ years of experience in server side development
・Experience leading projects
・Interest in or experience with Rails, as we will be developing using Rails.

【Preferred】
・Experience in building infrastructure in AWS environment
・Experience in social game development
・Experience in Unity (C#) development.
・Willing to work in the education industry.
