【JOB DESCRIPTION】

【Your Role】
In this position, you will serve as the lead engineer for a project that aims to demonstrate and implement the use of text generation AI to improve and increase the efficiency of client operations.

【Responsibilities】
You will be expected to perform the following tasks
・Examination of hypotheses for AI application, such as identification of tasks that can be made more efficient by AI through dialogue with end customers
・Proof of hypothesis through AI development for proof of concept
・Promotion of projects utilizing junior members and support for their work
・Provide technical support to PMs and conduct technical negotiations with stakeholders

・Call Center DX Support Using LLM
・LLM utilization to improve document generation efficiency in financial operations
・RAG construction for operational support in the transportation/pharmaceutical/retail industries
・Analysis of code reads and code generation using natural language processing technology
・Sophisticated document retrieval

・Experience in developing algorithms and systems for natural language processing
・Experience in statistical analysis and data mining
・Skills to develop proof-of-concept level programs using cloud computing
・Basic knowledge of data security
・Practical experience in using text generation AI
・Experience in managing multiple projects, debugging and troubleshooting
・Ability to gather information to understand project background and operations, and smooth communication skills

【Preferred】
・Experience in developing and improving search systems
・Tolerance for data cleaning tasks in documents such as free-text responses
・Knowledge of natural language processing research flow and its mathematical background
・Experience presenting at technical training and study groups, and ability to prepare documents
