Job Description:

• Use technical network tools to troubleshoot all aspects of customer facing network equipment & processes and procedures.
• Provide timely and professional outbound communications to client.
• This role is responsible for ensuring network devices troubleshooting.
• You will be part of a global project that will give high level NW support to Major Clients

Requirements

* Japanese Language level: Conversational JLPT N3 and above OR Japanese Native level Speaker

* English Language level: Business

* Experience troubleshooting Network Cisco technologies

* Ok to travel to Malaysia for initial 2-3 months on a business trip fro Training

*Ideally ONE or more of the following:
✓CCNA
✓CCNP
✓CCIE

Ideally any of the following strong Network skills:

• Firewall
• Email & Web
• Managers
• Nexus
• ACI
• VPN
• NMS
• Lan Switching
• RP
• Webex
