AP Accountant for leading international Retail company

You will handles daily accounts payable (AP) functions for multiple retail brands in the Japanese market, ensuring proper and timely reporting in compliance with accounting standards. Key responsibilities include managing incoming invoices, checking their consistency, processing staff expenses, collecting vendor and employee bank details, overseeing payments, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing AP-related projects.

Description

• Manage invoices: Check invoices consistency and reconcile with ERP system
• Manage and update vendor
• Collect and update vendor and employees bank details
• Responsible for AP related projects
