職務内容
-Backend development about EC point related products.-Collaborate with PDM (Product Manager), PJM (Project Manager) and business stakeholders for specification understanding and clarifications.
Clarify functional/non-functional requirements from technical complexities, offer alternative solutions, ideas.
-Application development - Solution design and Collaborate with tech leads and team for design review, brainstorming.
-Code implementation, leading junior developers for code standards creation, code and design reviews, unit testing, integration testing and release operations.
-Coming up with improvements to the existing product solutions, features, coding practices, standards.
-Analysis of potential bottlenecks and suggesting solutions from architectural, design point of view based on scalability, security, performance and resilience.
-Continuous improvement for development processes including introduction of CI/CD, Test automations, DevOps, Operations Automations etc.
-Leading software development teams - specifically for the backend development with standards for coding, logging, design and code reviews, solution guidance.
-Supporting on-call alert handling for production issues - reporting, resolution of the problem.

-At least 8+ years of working experience for backend development using Java SpringBoot Framework
-At least 8+ years of working experience in designing, developing and maintaining high traffic web products.
-Experience or knowledge of front end and backend development technologies.
Experience working in Agile teams - especially Scrum.
-Experience with deployment environments like docker containers etc.
-Hands on experience of leading small to medium size development teams - assisting them with task identification, clarification, guidance on technical decisions, selections etc.

-Good to have knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS etc.
-Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and working experience with global, diverse environment.
-Japanese communication ability - nice to have but not necessary
