• SAP FICOでの10年以上の実務経験を活かし、財務関連のプロジェクトをリード
• 財務ディスカバリーセッションでの要件確認および課題解決をサポート
• ベンダーマスターや資産マスターなど、財務マスターデータの準備・移行を支援
• 財務プロセス（R2R、P2Pなど）のマッピングとドキュメンテーションをサポート
• SITおよびUATのテストデータ準備やシナリオ作成に貢献し、テストプロセスをリード
• 未解決の問題を追跡・解決する不具合管理プロセスを担当
• トレーニング資料の作成および日本語翻訳を行い、トレーニングセッションの実施を支援
• プロジェクトドキュメント（ステータスレポート等）の作成をサポート
• ハイパーケアおよびテストフェーズにおいてシステム不具合の特定と解決を支援

Job Description

• Work as Lead Functional Consultant for template rollout Project.
• 10+ years hands on experience in SAP FICO
• Supporting the validation of the requirements and the closure of any open points from the finance discovery sessions.
• Finance master data: support the team in the preparation of the finance master data (e.g. Vendor master, Assets master, Customer master, Chart of account mapping etc.)
• Support finance master data and open item migration
• Finance Process mapping support and documentation (e.g. R2R, P2P)
• Support test data preparation, scenario and scripts for SIT and UAT. Support the teams in the execution of the UAT and defect management process (record open issues, track the resolution status etc.)
• Preparation and translation of training material into Japanese. Support the teams in the execution of training sessions.
• Support preparation of project documentation (e.g. status report of the stream)
• Support the identification of system defects during the hypercare and testing phase.

必須要件:

• SAP財務および会計業務の実績: 多国籍企業での実務経験があること
• SAPグローバルテンプレート展開経験: 小売業での経験が必須
• 技術力と問題解決力: 高い技術力と論理的思考力、問題解決スキル
• 言語スキル: 流暢な日本語（N1以上）と、ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き・会話）

Qualification:

• A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards directly engaging with systems to support business transformation is required.

• Proven experience in SAP Finance and Accounting roles within multinational corporations.

• Experience with SAP global template rollouts in the retail sector.

• Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• High fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory

Languages: Japanese Requirements: Fluent level japanese (N1)and above , Written and spoken English in Business level.
