Civil Design Manager　シビルプラン・コスト管理・3D　

・Civil design and cost estimation of wind and solar projects, from origination to construction phases.
・Engineering support for projects under due diligence and asset development projects, mainly on the civil plan concept and evaluation of cost of civil works.
・Earthwork optimization and as-built drawings. Earthwork bill of material preparation and cost estimations.
・Engineering support to project management team and development team (construction, handover and land acquisition processes).
・Make adjustment of the design during construction: On-site visit and follow-up.
・Communication bridge between 3parties and company departments.
・Elaboration of technical specifications.
・Resolution of potential problems and concerns.
・Other duties as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the projects.

・5-7 years of experience in design and construction. Appreciate additional 3-5 year experience in a manager position.
・Japanese (native) and English speaker OR English speaker and JLPT level 2 or above and been working in a Japanese company or in a Japanese environment.
・Civil Engineering degree is not mandatory. Other relative degrees are acceptable as well.
・Experience in Wind Farms or Solar Fields businesses, under designing/construction/managing roles (ideally); or experience in construction or engineering companies.
・Additional knowledge in 3D software for civil design (i.e. civil 3D, tracking vehicle) and/or in GIS software (i.e. QGIS) is highly appreciated.
