Description

As the Sales Manager, you will lead business development efforts, focusing on customer acquisition and retention in the Japanese market. You will also manage key accounts, optimise sales strategies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Executing strategic sales plans targeting prospective customers.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing team, you will develop relationships with major customers in order to foster partnerships.
• Coordinating closely with technical teams to provide tailored machinery solutions.
• Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Solving customer complaints supported by Product Management.
• Participating in trade shows and conventions.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Hands-on mentality, process orientation and focus on quality
• Min. 5 years of experience in sales of machinery products/manufacturing company
• Knowledge in Chemical/F&B sector
• Willingness to travel
• Business level English
