Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Security Lead to drive the enhancement of security practices across global and local development teams. The role involves leading the development of security frameworks, including threat modeling, security architecture, secure coding, and security testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Global Cross Product Guidelines, provide operational support to local development teams, and mentor junior security experts. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing a SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) grand design in partnership with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of threat modeling, security requirements, security architecture, secure coding, and security testing processes.
• Develop and implement Global Cross Product Security Guidelines for consistent application across teams.
• Provide operational and technical support to local development teams, ensuring adherence to security standards.
• Train and mentor local development teams and Junior Experts in product security best practices.
• Collaborate with different departments to design and implement a SOAR strategy.

Qualifications (Mandatory):

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong expertise in product security including knowledge of security trends, threat modeling, attack methods, security architecture, secure coding, security testing, and security tools.
• Experience in cybersecurity development in areas such as embedded software, application software, or cloud services.

Qualifications (Preferred):

• Advanced certifications in security technologies (e.g., CEH, OSCP).
• Bilingual (English/Japanese) skills are preferred, but not mandatory.
