Essential responsibilities and duties

この職務の主なミッションは以下の通り：

大規模なマトリックス組織におけるHR担当として、HR業務の円滑な遂行と向上に重点を置く。

目的 - コア業務担当ではなく、HR業務全般の知識および知見を身に付け、将来的なHRBPとなる人材へと成長して頂きたいと考えています。労務管理、処遇、オペレーション業務と多岐に渡りますが、HR Professionalに向けあらゆる業務に携わります。またこの職務は、地域チームとグローバルチームとの間の重要なインターフェイスとなりますので、日本組織の能力向上のためのグローバルのプロセスやプログラムを実施していきます。

The main mission of this role is as follows:

As an HR team member in a large matrix organisation, with a focus on facilitating and improving HR operations.

Purpose - To develop your knowledge and insight into all aspects of HR operations, rather than your core responsibilities, and to develop you into a future HRBP. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR Professional role, which may vary from recruitment, training, compensation and operational work. This role will also be the key interface between the regional and global teams, implementing global processes and programmes to build the capacity of the Japanese organisation.

Reporting to: HR Manager

Key roles and responsibilities :

- 人事制度の運用および定期的な給与見直しなど、制度の維持向上に取組む

- 人事管轄システムの運用および申請等の社内プロセス適正運用および見直し・指導等を行う

- HC/LCコントロール

- 労務管理及びそれにかかわるオペレーション業務

- Maintain and improve the HR system, including its operation and regular salary reviews.

- Operate the HR jurisdiction system and ensure proper operation, review, and guidance of internal

 processes.

- HC/LC Control.

- Labour management and related operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and above
• English level: Business
• Japanese level: Business

Experience:

(Essential)

- ３年以上の社会人経験(会社勤務)があり、HR業務に興味のある方

- 3 years minimum work experience within mid/large size organization.
(Preferred)

(Preferred)

- 自動車業界、エレクトロニクス分野必須、R&D・工場を持つメーカー勤務

- 業務経験は問いませんが、HRや経理経験があれば尚可

- 3 years minimum work experience within mid/large size organization.
(Preferred)
- Experience within either the automotive industry, electronics sector, working for a manufacturer    with R&D and/or plant.

- Work experience within HR or accounting not essential but highly advantageous.


Skills and competencies:

- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

- High level of cross-cultural awareness and agility

- Proactive and able to approach everything with a positive attitude.
