The Role

• The Business Analysis Manager fosters collaborative relationships with local business teams and partners with IT to ensure consistent customer engagement. This role involves providing expertise to identify technology opportunities, mentoring analysts, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local teams and act as a liaison with IT partners.
• Understand and apply knowledge of commercial processes to IT strategies.
• Enhance business analysis through best practices, mentoring, and education.
• Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to find optimal solutions.
• Define use cases that align technology with business objectives.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Your Skills

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English required.
• Proven track record in delivering business applications and managing projects.
• Experience with implementation and post go-live enhancement/support in BI & Data management.
• Experience working with high-level business stakeholders in a matrix organization, emphasizing collaboration and persuasion.
• Skills in documenting complex processes, evaluating business processes, and recommending enhancements; experience with process mapping is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
