職務内容

• 他部署のリーダーと協力し、プロジェクトの定義、優先順位付け、開発、会議の開催。
• 期限設定やタスクの優先順位付けなど、プロジェクト管理の計画立案。
• プロジェクトの開発を監督し、チームメンバーが会社基準を守りながら効率的にタスクを遂行していることを確認する。
• プロジェクト・マネジメント・オフィスの方針やプロセスを新たに立案し、既存のものを改善する。
• プロジェクトを継続的に評価し、楽天の基準と納期を満たしていることを確認する。
• スコープ、予算、正当性を含め、プロジェクトの作成、開発、実行を正確に文書化すること。
• 製品およびテストチームにおける適切なテスト測定と測定基準の適用。
• テストチームや自動化開発チームなど、多様なチームを推進する。
• プロジェクトのステータス、リスク、問題に関して、口頭と書面でのコミュニケーションを提供する。
• 企業のリソースが効率的に活用されていることを確認する。
• すべてのプロジェクトにおいて、継続的なリスク評価と軽減を実施する。
• プロジェクト全体の進捗と健全性の管理
• ポートフォリオ全体のマイルストーンと成果物のステータスを追跡する。

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects; organize meetings.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are executing tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting Rakuten standards and deadlines.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification.
• Applying appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and Testing Team.
• Driving diversified teams such as test and automation development teams.
• Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensuring enterprise resources are utilized efficiently.
• Conducting ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
• Managing overall progress and health of projects.
• Tracking the status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
• Monitoring project risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
• Improving operational efficiency and project performance.
• Effectively managing and utilizing enterprise resources.

必須要件

• プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル(PMP)またはPRINCE2プラクティショナー資格。
• 8～12年のIT/テレコム業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
• MS Office、SmartSheet、MS Projectの優れたスキル。
• 細部や技術的なことに強い関心を持っている。
• 優れた組織力と技術力
• 優れた対人スキル、マルチタスクスキル
• 文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

必要になる語学能力： 流暢な日本語とビジネスレベルの英語力を有すること。

Qualification:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.
• 8 to 12 years' experience in the IT/Telecom Industry with project management.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, SmartSheet, and MS Project.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Language skill: Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
