Job description

• Participate in all phases of the project (planning, design, testing, implementation)
• Deliver projects successfully while staying on schedule and on budget
• Support for risk management and problem solving
• Assistance in creating project documentation
• Post-operation follow-up (hyper care)
• Promoting smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Job Description:

• Project Lifecycle Management:

  • Engage and support all project phases, including planning, analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure the project delivers the agreed scope to the required quality standards within time and cost constraints.

• Documentation and Support:

  • Actively manage the risk and issue log alongside the project dependencies
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation as needed.
  • Support the project team the throughout entire project lifecycle and post go-live hypercare

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build effective relationships with internal & 3rd party stakeholders.

Requirements:

• SFDC/Veeva RIM Experience
• Over 10 years of project management experience
• Stakeholder Management Skills
• Project management and client relations experience in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Problem-solving and technical skills
• Fluent Japanese and business level English
• Familiarity with Veeva RIM or Pharma Regulatory RIM products

 Qualification:

• SFDC/Veeva RIM experience with strong Project Management Skills.
• Project Management Experience – 10+ yrs.
•  Work Location: Onsite
• A candidate Proven experience in similar roles with strong stake holder management skills.
  • Experience in Life Science/Pharma sector, front ending the client for project Management and co-ordination activities.
  • Veeva RIM(Ideal) or Pharma Regulatory – Expertise in any other product in RIM area.
  • Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Japanese language: Japanese Fluent level and Business level English required.
