基板実装設備立上げ経験必須、基板実装(SMT)工程

Mission of the Role:

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) 工程設計/工法開発/生産装置の導入

• 設計インプットをベースに工程/工法の検討
• P-FMEA, Control Planの作成
• 生産装置の構想立案、仕様書作成
• 設備メーカーとの交渉、発注、納期管理
• 技術センター(インド/ポルトガル)との協業

2) 量産工程の立上げ

• 新規設備による生産トライ
• Work Instructionの作成、製造部門へのトレーニング実施

3) 立上げ後の生産性向上

• 量産品質課題の分析
• 生産効率のモニター、分析
• 改善のための投資計画策定
• 設備メーカー/テクニカルセンター等を巻き込んだ改善実施

Key Performance Indicators:

• OEE(overall equipment effectiveness)/設備稼働率
• サイクルタイム/タクトタイム
• Scrap率

Key Deliverables:

• 生産設備
• PMFEA／Control Plan／Work Instruction
