Mission of the Role:

自動車用電子部品（センターディスプレイ、スピードメーター等）の製造を行う広島工場において

1) 量産前/量産後の製品品質活動

2) 新製品・新工程の品質管理の具現化

3) 顧客対応（承認取得・監査）

Key Objectives of this Role:

1) 量産前/量産後の品質育成活動

• 重要管理特性の設定と品質管理方法の確立
• 品質育成に関わる活動
• 初期流動管理計画立案と実施、フォロー
• 異常品質をタイムリーに把握し、原因究明と対策実施する

2) 新規立上げ時及び、品質改善活動に対する顧客対応

• APQP、PPAP、変更申請など顧客要求ドキュメントの提出と承認取得
• 定期/不定期の顧客打合せ実施

3) 顧客品質問題の対策/改善策の実施

• 不具合発生時の暫定対応
• 不具合原因の究明（5why, FTA、QCツール等）
• 恒久対策の妥当性確認、効果検証
