UI/UX Designer - UI/UX Engineer

Responsibilities:
● Design Development: Conceptualize and implement visual elements of the website, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing interface across all devices.
● User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Utilize a variety of data-gathering techniques to ensure a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs.
● Data Analysis: Regularly analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine and optimize the user experience. Employ tools such as Google Analytics, heat maps, and A/B testing to inform design improvements.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to create cohesive and innovative design solutions that align with business goals.
● Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop wireframes and prototypes to propose new features or enhancements based on user data and business requirements.
● Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our digital presence.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
● 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an e-commerce or luxury retail environment.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Proven ability to analyze data and make informed design decisions.
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
