The Role

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze monthly business performance, focusing on key operational results.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual results to the planned figures.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting analyses, highlighting significant trends, insights, and recommendations

Your Skills

• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in retail or luxury is preferred
• Minimum business level Japanese and English
