Description

Tasks

• Web banking and payment using vouchers.
• Admin duties (arranging motorcycle delivery, communicating with customers and banks via e-mail and telephone, visiting banks and post offices, fax, scanning, ordering seals and other documents, filing, distributing documents, etc.)
• Customer service (emails, phone calls, etc.)
• Bank correspondence (e-mails, phone calls, etc., opening and closing accounts, web applications)
• Data input via excel

• Webバンキング、伝票を利用した決済
• 管理業務（バイク便の手配、お客様や銀行とのメールや電話でのやりとり、銀行や郵便局への訪問、FAX、スキャン、印鑑などの発注、ファイリング、書類の配布など）
• 顧客対応（メール、電話など）
• 銀行対応（メール、電話等、口座開設・解約、WEB申込）
• エクセルでのデータ入力

Job Offer

Potential of conversion to fulltime employee based on work efforts.
Paid overtime during temporary contract (20 hours per month.)

Qualities/Experience

• Bank teller or general accounting experience is a plus.
• Teamwork, able to take initiative and take on tasks.
• Patient, honest and good-natured.
• Not afraid of numbers and detailed work.
