• Understand customer needs and study the RFI/RFQ information and prepare for internal RFI/RFQ calculation.

• Ensure successful programs launches via cross-functional team supports and meet the targets of cost, quality, time, delivery. 

• Organize cross-functional activities, program planning and reviews with customers; Risk management and communicating customers' requirements for key deliverables and performance targets

• Onsite interface to customers for project management activities

• Participates in customer audits during the program development stages.

• Work closely with the program coordinator located in the headquarter to ensure related engineering and manufacturing activities meet the deliverable targets.

• Maintain a good and healthy customer relationship with customer contacts in engineering and program management team (key decision makers) among the customers' organization.
