- プロジェクト管理

• Project Management: 
o Work collaboratively with customer IT teams, business users, and development 
teams to manage AWS migration projects. 
o Define and manage project scope, timelines, and quality, ensuring successful 
completion within project constraints. 
o Create, review, and maintain project plans and documentation throughout the 
project lifecycle. 
o Coordinating with technical teams setup in hybrid model between onsite & 
offshore in India. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: 
o Develop and maintain positive relationships across the business to facilitate open 
dialogue and ensure engagement. 
o Identify the communication needs of stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely 
updates on project scope, requirements, and delivery. 
o Interact with various stakeholders, including business users for requirements 
understanding, client IT teams for scope and approval processes, development 
teams for project progress, and vendors as needed. 
• Communication and Reporting: 
o Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders and team members 
in both Japanese and English. 
o Serve as the key interface for business stakeholders, project submitters, and the 
development team to address and resolve functional system delivery issues. 
o Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and executives. 
• Quality Assurance: 
o Understand the project lifecycle and implement solutions to perform sanity 
and business test verifications, ensuring quality. 
o Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, 
and presentations. 
o Manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Knowledge Sharing: 
o Share technical and business knowledge gained through project work with 
team members and contribute to continuous improvement. 

- 情報技術、コンピュータ・サイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号取得者。
関連分野 
- IT分野における15年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
プロジェクトを遂行した実績 
- SDLCプロセスとドキュメンテーションの包括的な理解。
- AWS/クラウド移行プロジェクトの理解と経験。
- 優れた対人スキルおよびコミュニケーションスキル 
人間関係の構築、成果への影響力、効果的なデリバリー 
- 日本語と英語に堪能であること（読み書き、会話）。
望ましい資格 
- プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル（PMP）資格 
- デジタルトランスフォーメーションやマイグレーションプロジェクトの実行経験。
- 金融領域、カード会社、ショッピングポートフォリオでの経験。

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a 
related discipline. 
• Minimum of 15 years of strong project management experience in IT, with a proven track 
record in delivering projects. 
• Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes and documentation. 
• Understanding and experience in AWS/cloud migration projects. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish 
relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effectively. 
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking). 
Preferred Qualifications: 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. 
• Experience executing digital transformation and migration projects. 
• Experience in the financial domain, card companies, or shopping portfolios.
