Company Profile

• A leading global manufacturer known for producing flooring textiles and other building materials. The HQ is based in Switzerland.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate all financial functions such as accounting, budgeting and forecast.
• Develop and monitor strategic financial plans, prepare financial reports, and provide financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Implement organization's financial goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Monitor and control the organization's cash flow and expenditure.
• Planning, forecasting, and managing the organization's financial resources.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
• Experience in finance business partnering is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Tokyo / Shizuoka (Business Trip)
