• Fluent in English and Japanese, with over 5 years of team management experience.
• 7-10 years of business development or commercial experience in technology sectors like PC, peripherals, and datacenters, with a focus on SI/VAR/DMR or OEM/ODM.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
