NILThe company focuses on efficient warehouse operations, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence. It works closely with both internal warehouse personnel and external service providers to support the continuity of business activities, manage inventory, and ensure proper material handling.
 Key Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee material receiving, dispatching, inventory management (onsite and 3PL), and waste handling.
• Manage outsourced service providers (3PL) and ensure their performance meets operational needs.
• Maintain equipment, assets, and warehouse infrastructure.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning, pest control, and waste management regimes.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring procedures meet audit standards.
• Manage overall inventory accuracy through regular audits and timely scrap disposals.
• Train new employees and contractors on warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of training.
• Oversee financials related to equipment maintenance, waste disposal, and material supplies.

 Key Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents ONLY*
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, or 3 years in a food/pharmaceutical plant with direct supervision of 6-10 staff.
• Strong skills in inventory control, warehouse operations management, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Supervisory and training experience with the ability to manage teams and ensure operational continuity.

 Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as cycle counting, inventory audits, and scrap management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly in food/pharmaceutical industries, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems.
• Experience with asset management, including preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, racks, conveyors).
• Competency in handling safety programs and conducting investigations related to safety incidents.
• Experience in managing and optimizing third-party logistics (3PL) processes for material movement and storage.
• Ability to develop and manage procedures for audits, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
