The Role

• Developing and implementing a risk-based control framework to monitor, identify, and control risks within the business.
• Conducting comprehensive reviews of the company's internal systems and processes.
• Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitoring and reviewing internal controls effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes.
• Coordinating efforts with external auditors and assisting in their engagement.
• Reporting to management about control deficiencies and emerging issues at regular intervals.

Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a complex business environment.
• Fluent in Japanese and English speaking
