物流アナリスト /Logistics Analyst

職務内容

• クライアントチケットシステムを通じた社内顧客からの国内外発送依頼への対応およびフォローアップ
• インボイス、パッキングリスト、AWBなどの出荷書類の準備と作成、国内外輸送業者との集荷/配達の連絡。
• すべての出荷依頼がタイムリーに処理されるよう、出荷を監視・追跡する。
• 定期的に出荷処理プロセスを見直し、問題を特定し、処理プロセスを改善し、出荷リードタイムを短縮する。
• コンプライアンスチームおよび3PLと連携し、すべての貨物が輸出入規制に準拠していることを確認する。
• クライアントERPシステム（SAP）のシステムトランザクションを生成し、処理する。すべてのシステムトランザクション/チケットリクエストがタイムリーに実行され、クローズされるようにする。
• システム・データ・トランザクションの中断を避けるため、SAPのバグや問題をITサポートチームに報告する。
• 各APAC諸国における在庫の正確性を監視・維持し、クライアントERPシステム（SAP）との在庫差異をレビュー・特定し、タイムリーに在庫差異を解決するために3PLと協力する。
• MBRを通じて3PLパフォーマンスをレビューし、改善のためのフィードバックを提供する。
• すべての在庫が物理的にカウントされ、照合されていることを確認するために、各APAC国で在庫監査を準備し、実行する。(必要に応じて倉庫や作業場を訪問することもある。）

Responsibilities:

• Respond and follow up on domestic and international shipment requests from internal customers via Client ticketing system
• Prepare and create shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing list and AWB , liaise with domestic/international carrier for shipment pick up/delivery
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure all shipment requests are filled in a timely manner.
• Review shipment handling process periodically to identify problems, improve handling process and reduce shipment lead time
• Liaise with the Compliance team and 3PLs to make sure all the shipments comply with export/import regulations.
• Generate and process system transactions in the Client ERP system (SAP). Ensure all system transactions/ ticket requests are fulfilled and closed in a timely manner
• Report SAP bugs/issues to the IT support team to avoid disruption to the system data transactions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in respective APAC countries, review and identify inventory delta against Client ERP system (SAP) and work with 3PLs to resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Review 3PL performance through MBR and provide feedback for improvements.
• Prepare and perform the stock audit at respective APAC countries to ensure all the inventory has been physically counted and reconciled. (Visiting warehouse and workshops occasionally if required)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in logistics industry, inventory or warehouse management
• Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and logistics programs
• Bachelors in Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar areas
• Technological savviness 2
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently, motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and creative problem solving
• Advanced English in spoken and written
