資格

• 13年以上のIT経験と8年以上のAriba Source to Payソリューションの経験。
• SAP MMの経験が6年以上あること。
• 日本語（日本語能力試験N2以上）＋英語のバイリンガルであること。
• アリバソリューションとオンプレミスのSAP ECC/S4 HANAソリューションとの統合経験があること。
• 複雑なグローバルシナリオにおけるアリバの導入を少なくとも1度経験していること。
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキルとステークホルダーマネジメントスキル
• 統合オプションやSAP MMモジュールと共にアリバを深く理解していること。
• 日本語の機能・統合ドキュメントとデータフローを作成し、プロジェクトの他のステークホルダーと協力する。
• ソリューションの実装に積極的に関与し、ソリューションが正確にスコープされ、顧客の期待に沿って提供されるようにする。
• Aribaバイヤーネットワークの設定、トランザクションルール、サプライヤーイネーブルメントに精通していること。
• エンタープライズアカウントのエンドツーエンドプロセスのサプライヤーイネーブルメント。
• アリバネットワークとSAP ERP間の統合を理解している。
• SOAP/IDOCメッセージ、EDI、プロキシのインターフェース経験
• サプライチェーンコラボレーション実現のためのAriba Networkの構成。
• 実装プロジェクトをリードした経験を持っている必要があります。
• 優れたチーム対応と顧客対応スキル
• オンサイトオフショアデリバリーモデルで顧客の期待を管理した経験があること。
• プランニング、データ収集、プロセスマッピング、ギャップ分析、コンフィギュレーション、設計、実行を含むソリューション導入の全フェーズに関与すること。

Qualification:

• 13+ years of IT experience and 8+ years’ experience in Ariba Source to Pay solutions and includes collaboration on network.
• Must have 6+ years of SAP MM experience 
• Must be Bilingual Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) + English
• Must have experience of integration of Ariba solution to on premise SAP ECC/S4 HANA solution.
• At least one implementation of Ariba in a complex global scenario.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Ariba along with integration options and SAP MM modules.
• Prepare Functional & Integration Document in Japanese and data flows and collaborate with other stakeholders from the project.
• Be actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with customer expectations
• Good knowledge in Ariba Buyer Network configurations and Transaction Rules and Supplier Enablement.
• Supplier Enablement for Enterprise Account end to end process.
• Understanding of Integration between Ariba Network and SAP ERP.
• Experience interfaces SOAP/IDOC messages, EDI, Proxies
• Configure Ariba Network for Supply Chain Collaboration enablement.
• Must have experience in leading an implementation project.
• Good Team handling & customer facing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing customer expectations in onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Involve in all phases of solution implementation that includes, planning, data gathering, process mapping, gap Analysis, configuration, design and execution.

Japanese Languages: Business level Japanese and Business level English required.
